How To Draw A Jumping Fish
Cartoon a fish jumping out of water is an action shot that requires some elements of movement or splashing. This is not as difficult as it sounds and can be created with a few unproblematic steps. Using a reference photo of the type of fish you want to describe will be helpful.

Decide start what the fish is jumping out of, i.e. the sea, an aquarium or a fish bowl. If the fish is jumping out of the fish bowl or aquarium, information technology could be drawn at a slight bending to go far interesting. If jumping out of the ocean or a lake, accept the fish jumping upward, since it is a larger torso of water. Using your reference photo, lightly draw the general shape in the direction you want. This can be as elementary as an oval.
Describe the source of the h2o. If it is a water bowl, lightly depict a circle shape nether the the fish shape from the previous pace. If you are drawing an aquarium, draw a rectangle shape as big or small-scale as you'd like. If yous chose a lake or an body of water, you may want to just suggest it past drawing wavy lines or a splash as the source of the fish's jumping.

Depict in the fish details. Await at your reference photo. Draw it every bit long or as curt as the photograph. The caput should be at the superlative and tail at the lesser. Fish eyes are generally circular circles with another nighttime circle inside. Sketch a line for the mouth. You can color your fish if desired.

Add a few action lines showing the direction in which the fish is jumping. This can be merely ii or three sparse lines from just below the tail to but above the torso of water. Add splashes besides. These should exist upside-downwards teardrop shapes. Add five or more of these for the splash effect.
